Moreover, each of those languages comes from a unique culture in which something as simple as eye contact can be interpreted differently. Even across the United States, languages, accents, body language, and certain phrases mean different things depending on where you are. 3. Certain sounds in language are attractive and some accents more than others. It is more interesting to listen to someone talk in a foreign accent because is different and is not what you are used to listen all your life, so it can be more attractive.
